They are a key member of a web design team responsible for leading the design of user interfaces and experiences. They collaborate closely with stakeholders, conduct user research, and manage a team of designers. Their goal is to create designs that are user-friendly, intuitive, and engaging.nnPosition Responsibilities:nn• Gathering and Evaluating User Requirements: Working with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and objectives.nn• Illustrating Design Ideas: Using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to visualize concepts.nn• Designing Graphic User Interface Elements: Creating menus, tabs, widgets, and other UI components.nn• Building Navigation Components: Developing page navigation buttons and search fields.nn• Creating UI Mockups and Prototypes: Demonstrating how sites function and look.nn• Troubleshooting UX Problems: Identifying and addressing issues related to responsiveness.nn• Adhering to Style Standards: Ensuring consistency in fonts, colors, and images2.nn• Testing and Analysis: Conducts vulnerability research, penetration testing, malware analysis and reverse engineering development of computer network operations tools.nn• Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights on user needs and behaviors,nn• Developing user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize the user experience,nn• Creating high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.nnRequired Qualifications:nn• An Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraphnn• 7+ years of experience as a UI/UX Strategist or Architect for Digital Productsnn• Experience in collaborating with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Scrum Masters across all projectsnn• Experience in coordinating design standards across development partner teamsnn• Experience in standardizing processes and participating in leadership meetingsnn• Experience in Digital Design Tools, including Sketch, Figma, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, or Adobe Creative Suitenn• Knowledge of Designing UI Elements for Transformation Productsnn• Ability to become a Subject Matter Expert and the go-to person across the organizationnnDesired Qualifications:nn• Experience in Visual Journalism or Studio Artnn• Experience as a team lead or in building a team in the Federal Contracting Industrynn• UI/UX CertificationsnnUniversity degree or equivalent experience and minimum 7 yrs of related work experiencenn-nnWhat You Can Expect:nnA culture of integrity.nnAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
