Responsibilities: - Plan and implement nursing care, including medication administration and disease prevention, while executing physicians' orders.
- Actively participate in multi-disciplinary treatment efforts, crafting care plans, and assisting physicians with rounds for seamless patient care.
- Offer compassionate observation, ongoing assessments, and tailored interventions to meet patients' physical and psychological needs, while maintaining accurate progress records.
- Thoroughly document all nursing activities to maintain comprehensive medical records.
- Adhere to optimum care standards, emphasizing safety and infection control precautions.
Qualifications: - Active state RN license.
- CPR or BLS Certification.
- ACLS and PALS Certification.
- Physical and TB Test (within one year).
- Driver's License or State ID.
- At least 1 year RN Telemetry experience.
