Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
• Provide direct physical therapy services to students, in both individual and group settings.
• Educate students, families, and school staff regarding strategies for promoting independence, mobility, and overall physical well-being.

Requirements
- Physical Therapy license in the state of Illinois.
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy principles, techniques, and interventions.
- Experience working with children and adolescents with diverse physical disabilities in educational or pediatric settings.
