### Description
Through clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and research and evidence-based practice, the Level II Registered Nurse is accountable for providing competent care based on established standards.
Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the Level II RN assumes an expanded role, which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.
Schedule involves rotating shifts with days, evenings, and nights.
Every other weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities may also include holidays, on-call, and callback duties as per unit needs.
