Job Purpose:
The Night Auditor actsas a Guest Service representative and manager on duty during the nighttimehours including safety related function; performsthe audit as set forth by the property. All overnight staff answers to theNight Audit
Job Responsibilities:
•Enjoys working overnight.
•Ability to multitaskand assist in all hotel duties and switch focus.
•Stay productive at alltimes.

•Warmly interact withall guests, including in public areas and while completing guest requests andtasks.
•Responsible forproviding exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
•Maintain a safe andsecure environment for customers and employees while providing general safetyduties.
•Has a fullunderstanding of emergencies procedure and critical thinking.
•Promoting safety bybeing alert to observe, correct and report any hazards immediately and ina timely manner.
•Greet guests uponarrival /departure, check them in/ out and provide them with any informationthey need to enjoy their stay.
•Respond to guestinquiries, concerns and complaints as needed and communicate such in the passon.
•Answer phones andplace reservations.
•Perform all auditprocedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, on a daily basis.
•Balance all receiptsand work performed during the audit shift.
•Prepare the frontoffice for the 'A' shift and reset day's business.
•Prepare guest bills for next-day checkouts andprocess reservation cards.
•Verify that all EODwork has been performed by other departments.
•Verify the status ofall wake-up call requests and ensure they are properly handled.
•Write accurate reportsand ensure all tasks are completed.
•Assist with in roomdining order.
•Assist withcleanliness and organization of Front Desk area.
•Assist with otherduties as needed and requested.
Job Skills:
•Handling objects, products, and computer equipment.
•Basic computer skills to operate various propertymanagement and reservations systems, etc.
•Being passionate about people and service.
•Strong communication skills essential wheninteracting with guests and employees.
•Reading and writing abilities are used often whencompleting paperwork, logging issues/complaints/requests/information updates,etc.
•Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating and trainingabilities are often used.
•Have the ability to work a flexible scheduleweekends and/or holidays.
