We need an entry-level warm, personable, compassionate, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, administrative assistant who will be our receptionist, and assist our Client Services Manager and paralegals with operational support. This person will be the warm, friendly voice who answers all calls and helps potential clients get scheduled with our intake department and will also be the go-getter who helps make sure that errands are run, copies are made, plans are compiled, clients stay informed, and data is properly entered into our CRM system and drafting software.
This person will be deeply rooted in the firm's success and completely trustworthy. They will have the full support of our team and perform their duties with excellence and independence because they have great character and work ethic. They will feel invested and take pride in seeing our firm continue to grow, expand, and succeed. They will love this opportunity even more if they are an aspiring lawyer, paralegal, or business owner like the other superstars who serve in this role.
Responsibilities
•Serving as that warm point of contact for all who interact with our firm
•Pre-screening potential clients and getting them to schedule a planning session with intake
•Assisting our Client Services Manager with managing the client experience through our CRM system and warm and personable client interaction (both in person and virtually)
•Assisting our paralegal with data entry in our legal drafting system and helping collect contact information from clients along with other non-legal related tasks
•Helping ensure the office is in order (supplies, equipment, food and beverages, etc.)
•Active participation in team meetings, systemization efforts, growth efforts, and data tracking
Qualifications
•2+ years of experience in customer service
•Bachelor's or Associates Degree from an accredited institution
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Gsuite
•Excellent communication skills
•Having a professional, positive, team mentality, and client-focused attitude
