Morgan Wealth Advisory Group, a Private Wealth Advisor Practice of Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to serve as the "Director of First Impressions" while ensuring seamless operations and outstanding service for our clients. This role requires someone who is outgoing and highly organized with a knack for making lasting first impressions.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and confirmations.
- Assist with meeting preparation, follow-up, and resolving client inquiries.
- Handle money movements and oversee team email and text communications.
- Coordinate client communications, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Help plan and execute memorable "Wow" client experiences.
- Maintain organized client files, records, and office supplies.
- Process client correspondence, mail, and the check log system.

- Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing interactions.

- Associate or bachelor's degree
Compensation and Benefits - $22.50-$24.00 per hour
