What We're Looking For:Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate and business law.Proven expertise in entity formation, business startups, and handling business transactions.Minimum book of business of $350k+.JD and/or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.Admitted to the California Bar.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional organizational skills and ability to balance competing priorities.Team-oriented professional who collaborates effectively. What You'll Do:Advise clients on corporate and business matters.Handle business transactions, entity formation, and startup-related legal issues.Collaborate in a collegial and growth-oriented environment.Participate in in-office collaboration approximately 60% of the time to foster teamwork.
