Job Description Position Overview Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a prestigious law firm in California to find an experienced Litigation Paralegal Manager. This unique opportunity allows the candidate to oversee a large team of paralegals across various offices in California. The role focuses on managerial responsibilities rather than traditional paralegal work, ensuring the efficient operation and performance of the team.ResponsibilitiesManage a team of over 70 paralegals across multiple offices.Oversee recruitment, performance management, and annual reviews of paralegals.Ensure adherence to firm policies and procedures, while fostering a collaborative team environment.Coordinate with other departments to align paralegal resources with firm needs.Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness. Top Three Qualifications:Experience managing a team of at least 10+ paralegals, with a preference for larger teams.Background in a mid-size to large firm environment is preferred.5+ years of management experience. This position is open due to a retirement, presenting a rare opportunity for a skilled leader to step into a well-established role.RequirementsProven leadership skills and experience in managing a large team of paralegals.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage team dynamics and client interactions.Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Work Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with a 7.5-hour workday.Benefits The successful candidate will be eligible to enroll in benefits on their 31st day of service. The firm offers a transportation stipend that can be used towards parking or public transportation, covering the cost of parking in the office with some leftover.Additional Details The salary range is to be determined, and candidates are encouraged to communicate their salary expectations.
