Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Analyst supports supply chain operations, including logistics execution, inventory management, and purchase order administration. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient and compliant transportation and materials management processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage purchase and sales orders in the ERP system (SAP).
• Track and update order details in Excel and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to document and communicate delivery schedules.
• Perform inventory movements and reconciliations in the ERP system.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities with transportation carriers and customs brokers.
• Ensure compliance with import/export documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Address shipping incidents with Quality Assurance and maintain accurate records.
• Support the administration of the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Review invoices and assist with payment processing.
• Apply for import/export permits and stay informed of global trade regulations.
• Represent the supply chain team in meetings and provide status reports.
• Manage IRT systems and oversee returns and reconciliation of investigational products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of supply chain experience.
• Knowledge of export/import documentation and GxP requirements.
• Experience with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Hazmat/Dangerous Goods certification is a plus.
