Job Title: Litigation Attorney

We are seeking to add a dedicated and skilled Litigation Attorney who will work collaboratively with our legal team.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent clients in all phases of litigation in court proceedings.
2. Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, and briefs.
3. Conduct legal research and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for currently pending cases.
4. Develop litigation strategies and present cases to the senior team/clients for review.
5. Arbitrate disputes, mediate conversations, and come up with settlement agreements.
6. Meet with clients, initiate communication with witnesses to take statements and delivery of information.
7. Coach and mentor junior legal staff for their professional development.
8. Keep up with changes to the law and inform team about advancements or modifications in the legal world.
9. Ensure confidentiality and maintain professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (J.D.) Degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to the State Bar and in good standing.
3. Proven experience as a litigation attorney.
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
6. Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of legal experience, preferably in commercial litigation.
