Do you dream of seeing your work on store shelves? Our client is looking for a positive and motivated Press Lead to join their Press Operations team and help bring labels and packaging to life for top brands!

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Compensation: $72,800 - $79,040/year, based on skills and experience

What You'll Love About This Role:

  • Exciting Schedule: Three 12.25-hour shifts (5:00 PM - 5:15 AM), 36.75 hours per week. Overtime available after 40 hours, with at least one OT shift per month.

  • Lead the Press team in meeting quality standards , ensuring safety , and driving continuous improvement .
  • Collaborate with your team to deliver top-notch projects that delight our customers.
  • Champion Lean Manufacturing , KAIZEN , and ISO quality systems , while staying at the forefront of current technologies.
  • Bring creativity and innovation to the table, contributing to new product development.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Required: 5+ years of printing experience (flexographic preferred; wide web or offset considered).
  • Required: Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Preferred: Experience with Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems.
