Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager - HR Services
- Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days WFH)
- Salary range: $145,000-$165,000 + annual bonus and long term incentives
Our client, located in Fort Worth, TX, is searching for an exceptional Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager specializing in HR services and contingent labor. This pivotal role requires a dynamic individual capable of shaping global strategies while managing significant spend within a fast-paced and globally recognized organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic initiatives on RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) & MSP (Managed Service Provider)
- Negotiate terms with key partners setting clear objectives and performance measures
- Spearhead strategy development for efficient management of contingent labor resources
- Establish robust vendor relationships ensuring compliance with service standards
Skills Required:
Strategic Procurement Expertise: Apply your knowledge to effectively manage large-scale sourcing projects aligned with organizational goals within the HR services and contingent labor space.
Negotiation Skills: Leverage strong negotiation capabilities to secure advantageous contracts that meet business needs.
Vendor Relationship Management: Cultivate lasting partnerships through effective communication and collaboration techniques.
Risk Management Acumen: Employ proactive risk assessment methods ensuring supplier reliability and compliance.
Data Analytics Proficiency: Utilize data analysis tools for informed decision-making regarding workforce solutions.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years relevant procurement experience for HR services and contingent labor.
Proficiency in procurement systems such as SAP or Ariba.
Preferred candidates should have:
Experience with MSP/RPO models
Superior cross-functional leadership abilities
Experience leading a contingent labor program
