Otto's Taproom & Grille   seeks a professional, energetic, and inspired support staff member for our newly renovated restaurant. At Otto's we are focused on bringing craft cocktails, as well as local and European brews to Brewerytown, Philadelphia. We are searching for a motivated bartender who can multitask, focusing attention to detail, execution, and cleanliness in a team-oriented, fast-paced, guest centric environment.

Qualified candidates will:

• have high standards
• possess basic technical skills
• exercise proper safety and sanitation
• prepare the bar for service
• have an ability to multitask, running food, stocking ice, etc
• communicate and collaborate with your Manager and team 
• have a willingness to learn and grow
