What We’re Looking for in a Candidate
An ideal candidate has a broad hospitality background with experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate possesses a positive and professional attitude, showing enthusiasm, being humble, thankful, and respectful to all team members. Candidate must have open availability, willing to work both day and night shifts, as well as weekends.
Responsibilities
- Consistently following the Juliet sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by managers and chefs
- Guiding guests through all phases of their experience while commanding full menu knowledge and preparation methods at all times
- Anticipating the guests’ needs and responding appropriately with a sense of urgency
- Cleaning of all equipment, tools, and supplies and maintaining equipment in good working order while following all procedures and policies set forth by the company
- Performing side work at the start and end of each shift as assigned by management
- Working as a team and effectively communicating with management, bartenders and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other team members
Physical Demands
The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 6 to 12 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. Compensation: Hourly ($16.78) plus tips
