Proven experience in hybrid cloud, integration framework, distributed systems, C#, .Net, SQL, and Javascript.
Demonstrated expertise in AI technologies and frameworks, with a knack for integrating machine learning concepts into applications.

As a Lead Application Developer, you will:
Provide Leadership:
Drive the end-to-end development lifecycle, from integration to scaling and maintenance of innovative solutions.
Collaborate on setting the strategic direction for application development, shaping the future of our technology landscape.
Technology Design and Innovation:
Define elegant solutions by integrating existing blocks and addressing capability gaps, all while leading the charge on groundbreaking initiatives.
Spearhead the development of MVPs, Pilots, and POCs, showcasing your mastery, especially in the realm of AI technologies.
To Thrive in This Position, You'll Need:
A decade or more of hands-on experience in web applications.
Deep expertise in C#/.Net technologies and a proven track record in benefits administration.
Stellar communication skills that amplify your ability to collaborate seamlessly within our dynamic team.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS, coupled with an understanding of RDBMS/NoSQL and caching technologies.
A history of success in Agile/Scrum environments, with a knack for leading discussions on enterprise architectures.
