We are seeking a dynamic Director of Food and Beverage to lead two full-service kitchens and dining rooms, enhance resident satisfaction, and elevate our dining experience to five-star standards. This person will be responsible for leading and upholding our campus-wide hospitality initiatives.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leadership & Operations: Oversee daily dining operations, manage and train staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Resident Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for resident inquiries and events, consistently exceeding expectations.
• Vendor & Financial Management: Manage purchasing, vendor relations, budgets, invoicing, and food costs, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Dining Excellence: Develop innovative menus tailored to resident preferences, ensuring top-tier service and quality at all times.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal food safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years in dining services leadership, ideally in senior living or luxury settings.
• Strong financial acumen, vendor management, and team leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
