Responsibilities
* Service and repair previously installed RbA products
* Analyzes customer situations, determine corrective action to be taken and verify the action has fixed the situation as efficiently and cost effective as possible
* Install window and door replacements
* Make recommendations for process improvement
* Keep current on RbA product and installation process changes
* Inventory service stock area of warehouse
* Accurately measure dimensions and determine installation processes for windows and doors
* Provide installation solutions that match customer expectations
* Complete and submit required paperwork
* Portray a professional image
* Provide a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* Must have a clean driver's license and driving record for the past 5 years
* Must be willing to undergo a drug test and background check
* Must have some experience using tools and working on home improvement projects
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for great customer service
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and quick deadlines
* Must have basic tools
