About the Role
As a Commercial Construction Superintendent , you will oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. You will play a pivotal role in managing project teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and communicating with clients to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
  • Project Management : Oversee daily field operations on commercial construction sites, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Team Leadership : Supervise and motivate project crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality craftsmanship.
  • Scheduling and Coordination : Develop and maintain construction schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Client Communication : Act as the primary on-site representative, providing regular updates and addressing client concerns.
  • Problem Solving : Anticipate and address potential issues to minimize delays and cost overruns.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial projects (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Willingness to relocate to Montana (relocation assistance available).
