Job Description:
- Provide physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Primarily work with outpatient cases, with some Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Acute care exposure.
- Handle a variety of patients and health conditions due to the critical access nature of the facility.
- Flexible working schedule with options of 4x10-hour shifts or 5x8-hour shifts, department hours are from 7 AM to 5 PM.
- Charting responsibilities using Allscripts - Paragon 12 system.
- Adaptability to work in a high-demand environment with potential shift cancellations.
