Physical Therapist Qualifications - New Jersey Physical Therapist License

Physical Therapist Responsibilities - The Physical Therapist will accurately evaluate and diagnose patients, both physician referrals and direct access.
- Assess each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
- Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
- Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists.
- Work towards the advancement of the clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through various CEUs.
- Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges within the clinic to address and improve clinic flow.
- Attend company-wide meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
