Physical Therapist (PT) Team Supervisor - Home Health
Aveanna Healthcare is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist (T) to join our clinical leadership team. This position leads our Physical Therapy Department, while maintaining a personal caseload. You will get to directly impact and indirectly support families in your local community. Location: Lubbock, Texas
Setting: Home Health
Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8 AM - 5 PM
Compensation: Up to $85,0000 Annual Salary*

Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications:
  • Meets the qualifications as established by APTA or other professional organization
  • Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the current state of practice
  • Must be willing to work in home and clinic-based settings
  • Valid, unexpired Driver's License and automotive insurance
  • Experienced in pediatric rehabilitative services preferred
