Job Description:
Western Slope Health Care Center is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dedicated healthcare team. This full-time position is perfect for an individual with strong communication skills and a passion for helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitation care to patients with a variety of conditions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
• Administer physical therapy treatments, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families about proper movement, posture, and techniques for improving strength and mobility.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress, treatments, and evaluations in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT or PT) with valid state certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and team members.
• Ability to create personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required.
