Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

License: State licenses as required

Must-Have:
- COVID vaccination preferred
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Cover page, work history, and 1 supervisory reference from past two years
Job Description:
- Provide individualized care for a safe and effective recovery in the shortest period of time
- Support a wide variety of conditions, from stroke recovery to post-orthopedic surgery rehabilitation
- Assist athletes in returning to their favorite sports
- Deliver rehabilitation services across inpatient and outpatient settings including:
- Arthritis treatment
- Compression garment measurements
- Craniosacral therapy
- Ergonomics
- Functional capacity evaluations
- Gait disturbances
- Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) for Parkinson's
- Lymphedema treatment
- Neurological disorders treatment
- Occupational therapy for upper extremities
- Orthopedics
- Orthotic fabrications (temporary and permanent)
- Pelvic therapy-incontinence rehabilitation (male and female)
- Physical therapy
- Post-concussion treatment
- Post-surgical therapy
- Splint fabrication
- Speech therapy (language and swallowing disorders)
- Vestibular and balance services
- Use Electronic Medical Records system- EPIC
- Requested time off during the course of the assignment must be noted and verified beforehand
- Non-billable orientation: 0 hours
- Holiday multiplier: 1.25%
