This role will focus on office interiors, retail, medical, public utility, and infrastructure clients, specifically commercial medical office interiors in Montgomery County, MD.nnResponsibilitiesnnManage all on-site activities.nnEnsure daily safety of all contractors and subcontractors on site.nnRead and interpret blueprints to ensure project compliance with guidelines and specifications.nnCreate daily reports for owners and conduct progress meetings.nnMaintain project schedule and budget.nnEssential Skillsnn3+ years of commercial project experience.nnStrong experience in interior tenant improvement (TI) projects.nnAbility to read and interpret blueprints.nnExperience in material ordering and scheduling.nnKnowledge of site safety protocols and conducting toolbox talks.nnExperience in subcontractor management.nnAdditional Skills & QualificationsnnProficiency in construction management.nnExperience in commercial construction.nnSupervision and site construction skills.nnWork EnvironmentnnThe role involves working on-site inside the project building, typically with a small project team, often in occupied spaces.
