Camping World is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our growing team.nnThe A ccounting Clerk will help support the dealership with various accounting related tasks.nnWhat You’ll Do:nnReview Deal Paperwork for thoroughness and accuracy prior to sending to Accounting hub for processingnnVerification of key data between deal paperwork and systemnnCommunicate with dealership personnel to resolve discrepanciesnnSort Daily Mail; Obtain General Manager Approval on Invoices prior to sending to Accounting hub for processingnnAct as liaison between dealership and Accounting hub to ensure that payroll and timekeeping information is accurate and up to date prior to payroll processingnnScan daily check deposit & occasional trips to bank with cash depositsnnEnsure that all payment information has been accurately recorded by department personnelnnWhat You’ll Need to Have for the Role:nnApplicant must be diligent, organized and extremely detail orientednnStrong Communication Skills and able to work as part of a teamnnIntermediate computer knowledge with MS Office including Excel, accuracy with 10 key pad and typing skills needednnSelf-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedulennKnowledge of auto dealership accounting systems (IDS, ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds) would be helpful but not necessarynnAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demandsnnMay hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devicesnnPay Range:nn$18.90-$22.46 HourlynnIn addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on the job training opportunities.
