Overview Embassy Suites Marlborough is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team.
Job Description - Typical Hours 11pm-7am As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Financial Duties:
- Balancing daily revenue and expenses
- Auditing and posting guest charges
- Preparing daily reports and financial statements
- Reconciling cash and credit card transactions
- Guest Services:
- Assisting guests with inquiries and requests
- Checking guests in and out as needed
- Resolving guest issues promptly and efficiently
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Completing necessary paperwork and reports
- Assisting with various administrative tasks as required
Qualifications - Previous experience in hotel night auditing or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including property management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
