Customer Service Representative , you will manage essential data input tasks, ensure data accuracy, maintain inventory databases, schedule shipments with external customers, and perform daily administrative tasks. What We're Looking For - High school diploma
- 2+ years of administrative experience; data entry experience preferred
- Strong administrative skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent customer care and focus
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Organization and time management
- Tolerance for repetitive tasks
- Ability to memorize, recall, or research answers quickly
- Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative - Process detailed paperwork and manage data in computer programs, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate with third-party trucking companies to schedule same-day loads
- Communicate daily with Michelin leadership to ensure smooth operations and alignment
- Compare data with source documents and utilize documentation verification formats to detect and correct recording and data entry errors and report them to supervisors as needed
- Identify ways to improve data collection processes, including the design of forms and templates for data entry
- Enter information into databases and/or software programs by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on a keyboard
- Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, or method for a positive customer experience
- Interact with leadership daily
- Perform other tasks as assigned
