Job Description

LHH is seeking recruiter candidates for a client in Anne Arundel County focused in the healthcare space. The ideal candidate will have experience with full cycle recruitment, experience in the care industry and working in high volume environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top talent.
  • Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities to promote the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions.
  • Strong understanding of various healthcare roles and their qualifications.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
