Position Overview: The Senior HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that support our operational goals and enhance employee engagement. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the food manufacturing landscape, capable of partnering with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and foster a culture of excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement impactful HR programs and initiatives across various specialty areas.
  • Take ownership of core HR programs that align with strategic business objectives.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations while providing guidance to HRBPs and managers.
  • Offer strategic input on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Oversee and drive talent acquisition efforts to ensure a high quality of hire.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Operational HR Business Partners.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics alongside the HR team to create effective solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to provide insights on organizational structure and workforce planning.
  • Participate in the development, evaluation, and monitoring of training and development programs to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with objectives.
  • Address current and future challenges by devising appropriate measures and creating actionable roadmaps.
  • Advocate for and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Support international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
  • Lead social and ethical audits at the location.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred
  • 5+ years HR experience with experience leading people
  • Manufacturing or distribution experience
  • Ability to coach and develop leaders and HR team members.
  • Expertise in one or more HR functional areas such talent & succession, performance management, or people & organization development
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Effective decision making and prioritization.
  • Ability to analyze data/KPIs to identify and execute continuous improvements.
  • Experience in program & process management.
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships throughout the organization.
