Job Description Freight Forwarding Company located in the Lower Valley is looking for a Pricing and Customer Service Representative.
The Pricing and Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring that customers receive accurate pricing information, timely responses to inquiries, and assistance with any issues related to pricing, billing, and service delivery. This role involves managing pricing models, resolving customer concerns, and supporting the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Skills required:
•Respond promptly to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints via phone, email, or chat regarding products, services, or pricing.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (bilingual if possible)
•Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
•Patience and ability to handle customer concerns effectively
•Knowledge of Logistics and transportation industry
•Microsoft proficient
Pay range from $ 15.00-17.00 per hour based on experience.
Long-term temporary.
There is a small chance that the position can become full-time, but it's not guaranteed.
