- Familiarity with accounting or financial processes is a valuable asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for team inquiries, addressing a range of issues and providing guidance or directing requests to appropriate resources.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including managing attendee availability, booking meeting spaces, and preparing necessary agendas or materials.
- Arrange travel accommodations such as flights, lodging, and transportation, ensuring itineraries align with schedules and budgets.
- Handle facility-related needs, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, repairs, and team access, while coordinating with vendors and property management as necessary.
- Facilitate procurement and distribution of equipment and tools for new team members, ensuring efficient setup and functionality.
- Oversee the return and inventory of assets from departing employees, maintaining accurate records and coordinating with appropriate departments.
- Support the tracking and allocation of team vehicles.
- Assist with special administrative projects as required.
