Title : Digital Finance Lead

Client : Among the world's largest asset managers

Location : Irvine, CA

Rate : $70-75/hour W2 + Benefits

Length : Contract, 24 mos

Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative digital solutions to enhance Finance team capabilities and processes.
• Demonstrate expertise in one or more of the following areas: Product Management, Business Process Management, Business Analysis, Continuous Improvement, or Automation.
• Independently engage with customers and stakeholders to collect and translate goals, objectives, and requirements into actionable transformation use cases.
• Serve as a Data Subject Matter Expert (SME) with technical proficiency in Celonis process mining.
• Collaborate with IT, customers, and business users to develop and implement solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement of Finance business processes with a focus on efficiency and value delivery.
• Support the establishment of a Celonis Center of Excellence (CoE), contributing thought leadership and best practices.

Key Qualifications

• Experience in corporate finance domains such as Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Accounting.
• Technical expertise in Celonis process mining capabilities.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with process owners and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to present solution implementation progress and results to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience leading business value workshops to identify and qualify improvement opportunities.
• Proficiency in managing and prioritizing improvement requests and Celonis enhancements.
