You will be joining a 40 year established commercial general contractor, running ground up projects from permitting through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out permitting procedures
• Writing scopes of work and contracts for each of the trades
• Creating and managing project budgets, schedules and submittal logs
• Reporting on project progress versus schedules and cost versus budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Construction related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in using ProCore
• Experience leading ground up commercial projects at a minimum value of $10M
