The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multiple residences with great attention to detail. The right candidate must be well-organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, which includes property management, construction management, financial management, staff management, and client/resident relations. They must be attuned to the families' needs. Agricultural property experience will be a huge need.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of successful Estate management experience!
• Experience supporting multiple residences in different states
• Great contract negotiation skills
• Financial acumen for budgeting and expenses
