Business Analyst – Investment Banking & Financial Services
Location: Lake Mary, FL (Travel to Dallas, TX as required)
Our Fortune 200 Investment Banking and Financial Services client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support product, program, operational, and business management activities. The ideal candidate will excel in process documentation, procedural reviews, contract translation, and stakeholder engagement while bringing critical thinking and strong organizational skills to a cross-functional team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop process documentation and review procedures for operational efficiency.
- Translate contracts into actionable plans and work items.
- Organize data, create metrics, and build compelling business cases to support decision-making.
- Engage stakeholders across teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Manage requirements and process engineering for contract management, ensuring compliance and adherence to business goals.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and administration of self-directed tasks and cross-functional team activities.
- Deliver presentations and written reports with clear and impactful communication.
Preferred Business Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Document Custody, Mortgage & Housing, and Federal Government Solutions.
- Experience with contract management and operational processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis.
- Strong administrative and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create professional documentation and presentations.
- Highly organized with the ability to self-manage and lead a cross-functional team effectively.
