About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Manage cases from inception to trial, including intake review, case planning, and trial preparation.
• Draft and respond to discovery, take and defend depositions, and draft, review, and argue motions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to manage workloads and advance case goals.
• Handle settlement negotiations, including preparing mediation materials and drafting settlement agreements.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

• Have 2-8 years of litigation experience.
• Be licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Possess strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
• Be able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Be results-oriented and client service-minded.
