Responsibilities - Build relationships with patients by showing a high degree of compassion and connection
- Educate patients about Serenity's life changing treatment options
- Address questions and concerns about Serenity's treatment options
- Overcome objections to get patients scheduled for treatment
- Learn and be willing to step into other roles as needed
Qualifications - High School Diploma/ GED.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
- Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience
- Experience in the following roles have translated well: orthopedic, dental or vision offices, caregiver for children with disabilities (autism, muscular dystrophy, etc.), professional tutoring, personal coaches and high-end restaurant servers.
