Our UX team collaborates closely with cross-functional product teams to solve complex customer and business problems in ways that our customers love, while also working for our business.nnAbout the RolennThe Lead CX/UX Designer is responsible for enhancing our customer-facing products and solutions within Wolters Kluwer’s Health Language portfolio and will be responsible for ensuring high quality output and alignment with business strategy. The Health Language applications are use-case specific workflow tools to help expedite the authoring, mapping, design and review of data. As the industry transitions to a value-based care model, we are committed to breaking down barriers and fostering trust through our Health Language offerings. Our products support both payers and providers, ensuring accurate billing and coding at the point of care. This role requires the ability to dive into product technical details, user journey mapping and flow diagrams to inform product features that can help our provider, vendor and health plan clients achieve their business and patient outcomes.nnThis role also works in close collaboration with our DXG Centers of Excellence (CoEs), product management, content and technology teams, applying proven UX research and design practices and principles including leveraging our Product Design System and incorporating customer insights/data to develop optimal solutions that drive competitive advantage. This role requires a creative, energetic and adaptable problem-solver who can navigate complexity, act as a liaison among cross-functional teams and work quickly with high quality and consistency.
