• 100% on-site in Dallas, TX

Hiring Manager notes:

• Test Windows 11 machines and collaborate with hospital staff
• Help with IT warehousing moving equipment around, organizing cables and cabling gear onsite and helping with ad-hoc requests as needed from onsite team
• Smart Hands/Desktop type resource needed, normal working hours 8:00 - 5:00 with flex as needed

Project Scope:

IT Equipment Management:

• Manage and maintain all IT equipment including desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals, and other hardware.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of IT equipment to facilitate easy access and tracking.

Inventory Control:

• Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT equipment and peripherals.
• Track the lifecycle of equipment from acquisition to decommissioning.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

Deployment and Configuration:

• Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT equipment for employees.
• Ensure that all devices are set up according to company standards and user requirements.
• Provide support for software installations and updates.
