Job Description:

As a Field Service Technician specializing in Electric , Plumbing , and HVAC systems , you will be responsible for on-site maintenance , repairs , and installations . Your role will involve diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the optimal performance and safety of client systems. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise , problem-solving skills , and outstanding customer service .

Responsibilities:

• Perform planned maintenance , inspections , and repairs on electrical , plumbing , and HVAC systems .
• Accurately diagnose and resolve electrical , plumbing , and HVAC issues .
• Install, repair, and replace electrical components , plumbing fixtures , and HVAC systems as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations while on-site.
• Communicate effectively with clients, explaining services and providing recommendations.
• Maintain detailed records of service calls, work performed, and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends , innovations , and best practices to enhance job performance.

Requirements:

• Valid and up-to-date Electrical , Plumbing , and HVAC licenses in the state(s) of operation.
• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role, ideally within the electrical , plumbing , or HVAC industries .
• Strong technical expertise in diagnosing and repairing electrical , plumbing , and HVAC systems .
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service .
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites within the designated service area.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment, working in various environments.
