Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross functional business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

Design and Develop Tech Catalog Attestation Process

Design and Develop Integration of Technology Acquisition Process TAP with Risk Application IPSRA and Coupa Supplier Portal

Design and Develop Integration with Application Technology Catalog CMDB

Design and Develop Integration with Snowflake

Create and Document Tasks Stories with relevant acceptance criteria

Define and Design Technical Architecture for ServiceNow implementations ensuring scalability and performance

Adhere to best practices for Development and Platform configuration ServiceNow Architecture Standards and Governance

Develop configure and maintain applications within the ServiceNow platform

Implement workflows business rules and user interfaces using ServiceNow scripting JavaScript Glide API

Design and develop ServiceNow modules

Build custom applications and solutions using ServiceNow Studio.

Integrate ServiceNow with third party systems via RESTSOAP APIs.

Optimize existing applications and ensure seamless platform upgrade.

Troubleshoot issues and ensure robust testing processes for all developments

Required Skills and Experienc

Proficiency in ServiceNow development scripting workflows business rules and UI development.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM ITOM ITBM HRSD or SecOps.

Experience with API integrations including REST and SOAP.

Deep understanding of database design and data modelling on ServiceNow.

Expertise in scripting languages especially JavaScript and Glide API.

Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
