This role is responsible for leading the strategy, development and implementation of marketing & branding fundamentals, along with the training programs across the Vista portfolio. Your efforts and decisions will have a direct and immediate impact on the company’s success. This role is a Hybrid position based in the GTA. Some travel (i.e. Ottawa) will be required. This position will oversee the Marketing Specialist and Corporate Trainer and will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities
· Set strategic marketing goals that complement the organization’s growth priorities.
· Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to meet the strategic goals.
· Work closely with sales, business development and operations teams to drive leads and deliver business unit growth objectives.
· Provide visionary leadership to the marketing specialist, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence
· Increase company and brand awareness while increasing customer engagement
· Full cycle management of our marketing campaigns (web, social media, email, in-person, influencers, etc.), from the initial idea to implementation and completion
· Craft and execute marketing strategies to support Vista’s growth and expansion in current and new markets.
· Improve customer experience through each touchpoint in the customer journey.
· Identify and develop association membership activation, trade shows and events to help drive sales leads.
· Utilize data and analytics to recommend and execute marketing strategies against thoughtful quantitative KPIs
· Partner with Senior Management to help lead PR and Thought Leadership activities.
· Contribute and provide thought leadership strategies to challenge status quo and drive year-over-year market share, revenue & gross margin growth.
Identify and manage strategic B2B & B2B2C partnerships to increase our value and reach
Knowledge and Skills
· Launch & lead NPS
· Manage Google, Indeed and Glassdoor reviews
· Own the ‘Vista Gala’
· Fully develop the Vista Learning Series and Training Programs.
· Test and enhance SEO
· 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally B2B based
· Experience developing multi-channel marketing plans, email & paid search
· Strong project management and negotiation skills
· Proven experience creating and managing budgets
· Advanced experience with a variety of digital platforms, including proficiency in, WordPress, Google Analytics and MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, CRM platforms.
· Intellectually curious with a strong desire to solve complex problems.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
· Exceptional verbal & written communication and presentation skills
