Will include archiving and updating all drawing files of Contractor Management (ic. Submit bids, obtain pre-qualifications and insurance, contractor orientations, onsite inspections, monthly safety meetings ,etc.) All administrative duties for managing contractor safety programs. Duties include obtaining confidentiality agreements, pre-qualification documentation, insurance, performing contractor orientation, onsite audits and inspections, and assist in the facilitation of monthly safety meetings Required Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need of a Visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Certification in AutoCAD In lieu of certification; 3 to 5 years of experienced use of AutoCAD Must have experience in operating a PC with Microsoft Office Suites Understanding and knowledge of Industry building codes and regulations Ability to work weekends Work history or resume must be attached to application Ability to read, write, and speak English Preferred Qualifications 1 to 3 years of Industrial Maintenance and/or construction experience 2 years experience in food processing industry Considered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
