• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday & Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  
• EMR: Athena
  
• Patient Age Demographic: Infant - Geriatric
  

Job requirements:

• Board Certification
  
• IL state license
• DEA
• ACLS
• Local preferred
