La Bastide is looking for a Junior Sous-Chef (m/f) for its Michelin Starred restaurant to work alongside Chef Andrea Calstier

Your tasks will be:

- Participation, monitoring, and control of the mise en place before service
- Supervise and actively participate during service
- Management of purchases and inventories
- Follow cleaning protocol thoroughly

Experience in the industry as a Sous-Chef or Junior Sous-Chef is a must.
Experience in Michelin-starred restaurants is a plus.
