Full Job Description
As a Trim Carpenter at Master Docks, Inc., you will be responsible for performing rough carpentry, siding, and trim/finish carpentry tasks on high-end residential projects. You will install doors, windows, cabinetry, crown molding, and trim with attention to detail, ensuring all work meets our high-quality standards. This role requires working collaboratively with other team members, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within safety guidelines.

Responsibilities Include:
- Perform rough carpentry, siding, and finish carpentry tasks, including the precise installation of doors, windows, cabinetry, trim, and crown molding.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Interpret and work from blueprints and project plans to ensure accuracy and adherence to client specifications.
- Ensure work areas are clean and safe, following all company safety protocols.
- Work at heights and in outdoor environments, ensuring the quality and safety of each job site.
Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of carpentry experience, including custom work and finish carpentry.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality craftsmanship on every project.
- Highly motivated, dependable, and able to problem-solve effectively on the job site.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Possess all necessary hand tools for finish or rough carpentry tasks.
- Comfortable working at heights and in environments near water; must be able to swim.
