ROLE:

• Oversee daily site operations and effectively manage subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Implement and maintain safety, quality, and logistics standards on-site.
• Provide detailed daily reports and project updates.
• Proactively address and resolve any on-site issues that arise.

QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction.
• Demonstrated success in completing Ground Up Industrial, Manufacturing, or Commercial projects.
• Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints and managing construction crews.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
