Headway accepts MD / DO licenses on a state by state basis. To get started, applicants must be fully-licensed, board-certified Psychiatrists with a valid NPI number, malpractice insurance, a DEA or CDS number, and CAQH. Applications from mental health professionals without a valid license will be rejected.
