Responsibilities
•Client Retention Strategy: Devise and implement initiatives aimed at retaining and fortifying relationships with former clients, ensuring continuous satisfaction with our products or services
•Proactive Communication: Uphold regular and proactive correspondence with previous clients to address their requirements, gather valuable feedback, and furnish pertinent updates or offerings
•Expansion of Offerings: Identify avenues to enlighten and acquaint past clients with additional services offered by the firm that are pertinent to their needs and interests
•Record Maintenance: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions, facilitating seamless communication and fostering deeper engagement
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with intake, marketing, and various departments to synchronize strategies, ensuring cohesive messaging and optimized outreach to past clients
•Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
•Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
•Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
•Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
•Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
Qualifications
•Proficiency with CRM software is advantageous
•Prior experience in customer service is mandatory
•Background in sales or marketing is desirable
•High school diploma or GED is essential; Bachelor's degree is advantageous
•Strong grasp of spreadsheet and data management, coupled with proficient computer skills
•Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
•Previous work in a customer-facing position
•Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
